Joan Of Arc - Oh Brother (2011)

For some reason or another movie maker won't let me import a track..so i guess i'm forced to actually describe the music, BLAHH. This isn't like any other Joan Of Arc album, first off. It features a few members of indie-rock royalty (Zach Hill from Hella, Rob Lowe from Likins, and others), Oh Brother is the combination of four distinct albums recorded between 2004 and 2010, which were begun but never completed by Joan of Arc curator Tim Kinsella. Known for the elegiac density and free-associative quality of his lyrics, Kinsella has dispensed with words altogether on this album, choosing to break up and splice together various recording sessions in a baroque, tessellating dreamscape of noisy beauty.
